The team at SayHi.co.uk want to SayHi to all our Members and hope you enjoy using our site. Before you register please read over the Site Rules, Privacy / Legal Notices. We provide within the Site Rules, Privacy /Legal Notices information on how we protect your personal identifiable information and how you can also protect your personal information. Additional Information has been given on the FAQ to help you use the site. We give users the option to receive additional email notifications, newsletters from the administrators and the option to receive Private Email messages from other Members. Members will also be able to update or remove their profile information when and if required. We can be contacted via the Contact Us page if you require any further information.
1) To be a Member of SayHi.co.uk you must be sixteen years of age and over. The language use of the site is to be English only. Members can SayHi to each other for any reason. Help us help you when you post, post as much information you have about someone you are trying to find, or if someone is missing. It will help if you try to be quite specific when choosing a title for your message and remember to post your topic in the respective forum. Please don’t be disrespectful to other Members.
2) SayHi.co.uk does not screen communications in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, guarantee the integrity, quality, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board.
3) Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. If brought to our attention the administrators and moderators of the forum will attempt to remove or edit any objectionable material as quickly as possible and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
4) When posting a comment no abusive or personal attacks against other Members will be tolerated. Other people’s opinions or views may be challenged but please do so bearing in mind how you yourself would like to treated. Don’t post any indecent or unlawful material or information. Please be polite, derogatory comments, threatening or provoking posts will not be tolerated towards moderators, administrators or any other staff member or other Members of the forum. Members who are also members of other websites are not allowed to discredit other Forums, their Members, guests or their moderators.
5) You must not publish on the website your email address, home address, telephone/fax number, or any other kind of identifiable information. Anyone posting another member’s personal details, without their permission will be banned. You shall not under any circumstances include in your member profile, URL’s, last names, addresses, e-mail addresses, or text that is suggestive of an e-mail address, external direction, by URL, or ‘any’ other means, to website, product, service or destinations that contain information about you, or information available relating to the contact of you. Posting excerpts of private messages of any type is not allowed under any circumstances. Please note there are no exceptions to any of the above.
6) Please don't post any URL’s, advertising or promotional messages that would lead other Member’s to your website, service’s or product. No avators should not be used in such a way to advertise a commercial enterprise. Images should not contain any advertising. Don’t spam any users or else we’ll have to show you the door. Sending spam through the Private Message System is not allowed if we catch anyone sending advertisements to our members or it is reported to us, your account will be suspended and could be banned.
7) Although everyone may be proud of their anatomy, please keep any photographs of nude body parts and sexual explicit material to yourself for your own private use. Any violent, sexual, nude body parts, indecent acts, or obscene material must not be posted in messages or used in avators, sent through private mail or used in your profile pages. sayhi.co.uk is not the website for such material. Offending text, images, posts and personal profiles will be removed and the user banned.
8) You are not allowed to post or upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files or any other similar software or programmes that may damage the operation of One & Three Ltd and /or a third party's computer system and /or network.
9) You must not violate any copyright, trade mark, other applicable United Kingdom or international laws or intellectual property rights of SayHi.co.uk or any other third party. You cannot legally post copyrighted material in the forum, without first having the full agreement of the copyright holder.
10) You may not publish or discuss any information regarding your product or services, or future (possible) products or services, or any product or services you are, or have been, associated with. This includes, but not limited to suggesting your own products or services, or services of partners, clients, employers or friends, or to users who are not expecting you to contact them, unless you have first the prior permission of sayhi.co.uk.
11) Member’s are not allowed to create multiple user names. Anyone found with multiple usernames will have their details removed.
12) Links to terror, hate sites, pornographic, adult content, or near adult content sites, illegally copied software sites or any websites with messages which break the law are not permitted.
13) We cannot always guarantee that this site will continue to be free of charge for Members. If a charge is to be introduced you will be notified by email.
14) Signatures can be used to promote your site, business or other ventures, as long as they relate to you personally. No affiliate or referral ids, or sales adverts are allowed. Signature size is limited to 4 lines of 60 characters: Slogan’s are also allowed. You may put in two links that lead to your site, product or service.
